Having spent many years at a major multi-state firm in the practice of corporate and real estate law, I transitioned into my own practice to focus on entrepreneurs and privately-held growth businesses. My goal is to assist business owners to realize their own aspirations with the effective use of legal counsel. The strategies and goals of the business come first, and then we develop and implement plans from a legal perspective that complement their objectives.
